Greetings! My name is Sid – I’m a Manager for Customer Solutions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), supporting Healthcare and Life Sciences customers for the past four years. On a day-to-day, I partner with customers to accelerate their cloud journey, accelerate innovation, and drive new customer experiences.

While at AWS, I’ve partnered with customers on public case studies (see here) and spoken at public and customer events around Generative AI, modernization, and the Amazon Culture of Innovation.

But here, my goal is to demystify (based on experience and daily learnings) the complex landscape of IT infrastructure, software, and digital transformation. I believe that by leveraging the right technologies and cloud-based tools, even the scrappiest startups can punch above their weight and achieve incredible results.
